A former Nottingham Forest player has lost a legal battle against Lincoln City Football Club over claims for payments as assistant manager and first team coach.
The club successfully defended the claim that Gary Charles, who made 56 appearances for Forest between 1987 and 1993, "knowingly took a risk" by working for nothing in the hope of earning a contract.
