A pensioner was handed a £545 bill for using his dead uncle's blue badge when leaving his car in a disabled parking space.
David Evans, 77, was challenged on St Peter's Gate and said that his uncle was in the nearby Marks & Spencer store, magistrates in Nottingham heard.
