A landlord has been left with a £600 bill for failing to carry out work on a house she rented out in Stapleford.
Suranjan Mohindra, of Edwalton, was meant to carry out works to "minimise disruption" to her next-door neighbours in Church Street after Broxtowe Borough Council took out a community protection notice on her in April.
The order gave her three weeks to carry out the work to the standard called for by the council. But the 56-year-old failed to comply.
