Litterbugs fined more than £1,300

Fines of more than £1,300 have been handed out to litterbugs in Nottingham.Magistrates fined Rayhan Aziz, 38, of Ashdale Road, Bakersfield, £110 after he admitted leaving chewing gum behind on November 13 last year.
