A 43-year-old man is set to appear before magistrates this morning charged with attempted murder.Whitcliffe Lambert has been charged in connection with an attack which occurred in Radford Road at around 2.15pm on Thursday.A 57-year-old man received serious injures to his hands, believed to have been caused by a knife. He is currently still in hospital.Lambert is also charged with threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place.
