A dog walker has been ordered to pay more than £400 for not having his dog on a lead in a controlled area.Craig Thompson, 41, of Loughborough Avenue, Sneinton, was seen walking his pet in Sneinton Dale in December last year.Dogs must be on a lead in the area as part of a control order introduced in autumn 2014.Thompson was issued a fixed penalty notice, but when it was unpaid, he was dealt with in his absence at Nottingham Magistrates' Court.He was fined £200, with £226 of...
